Entertainment confirmed for 2026: Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake
Disney replaced the Frightfully Fun Parade with Madame Leota’s Swinging Wake – A Haunted Mansion Street Party. That change is confirmed on Disneyland.com and in Disney’s 2026 Halloween press materials. It is not “uncertain parade language” anymore.
Expect Haunted Mansion-inspired street-party moments, dancing ghosts, and Madame Leota hosting the wake. Showtimes live in the Disneyland app event guide on your party night. An optional Oogie Boogie Bash Dessert Party adds preferred viewing plus desserts/beverages. Dessert Party is sold separately and requires a valid Bash ticket. Villains Grove inside Redwood Creek Challenge Trail remains part of the party footprint on the official page. Headless Horseman / Ichabod moments have been part of Disney’s 2026 marketing. Confirm timing in the app.
Treat trails and characters as of September 2026
Treat trails are still the candy + villain core of the night. Disney and on-site season coverage for 2026 confirm Yzma (The Emperor’s New Groove) as the new Grizzly Peak trail villain. Other villain hosts reported for 2026 include Oogie Boogie, Dr. Doofenshmirtz, Hades, Judge Doom, Ernesto de la Cruz, Agatha Harkness, Syndrome, and Maleficent. Character meets Disney has highlighted for 2026 include the Sanderson Sisters look (Minnie, Daisy, Clarabelle), Kingdom Hearts Mickey/Donald/Goofy, Megara with Pain and Panic, select Toy Story characters, Edna Mode and Mr. Incredible, plus Marvel greets such as Black Panther, Spider-Man, and Scarlet Witch.
