Disneyland Resort released its full holiday food guide on Nov. 4, 2026, and it covers far more than the Festival of Holidays booths at Disney California Adventure. The Disney Parks Blog foodie guide spans Disneyland park, DCA, all three Disneyland Resort hotels, the Downtown Disney District, candy shops and a long list of souvenir buckets and sippers.
Almost everything runs from Nov. 13, 2026, through Jan. 6, 2027, which lines up with the official start of Holidays at the Disneyland Resort. I went through the whole guide so you do not have to, and below are the items I think are actually worth planning around, plus the date quirks that will trip people up.
Everything below comes from Disney’s official guide, published Nov. 4, 2026. Seasonal menus can change, so check the Disneyland app before you go.
When Disneyland Holiday Food 2026 Starts and Ends
The main window is Nov. 13 through Jan. 6, so visits before Nov. 13 will mostly miss the new menu. As of Nov. 4, 2026, Disney lists a handful of items as already available, including the Apple Pie Dip churro near Town Square, the Maple-Bacon Cinnamon Roll at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe and the Spicy Chili-Cheese Corn Dog at Little Red Wagon.
Some items are on their own clocks. Carnation Café’s Holiday Dinner Special starts Nov. 27, the Plaza Inn swaps Pumpkin Pie for an Apple Bundt Cake on Dec. 1, and the Golden Horseshoe’s Apple Pie Sundae is only listed through Nov. 12.
If you are deciding between November and December, my November 2026 guide and December 2026 guide break down crowds and pricing. Food alone should not decide your dates, but the post-Thanksgiving items are a nice bonus for December visitors.
Disneyland Park Holiday Foods Worth Your Money

Main Street is where the volume is. Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe brings back the Thanks-mas Sandwich and Turkey Pot Pie Soup, adds a new Holiday Matterhorn Macaroon and keeps the soft Mickey Gingerbread cookie with a five-per-person limit. Disney lists the Mickey Gingerbread cookie at Jolly Holiday Bakery Cafe, Market House, Red Rose Taverne, Fiddler, Fifer & Practical Cafe in DCA and the Grand Californian Great Hall cart, with a limit of five per person, per transaction.
Gibson Girl Ice Cream Parlor has a Peppermint Holiday Sundae in a waffle bowl, and Plaza Inn’s Gingerbread Cake is back starting Nov. 13. Carnation Café’s Holiday Dinner Special is a steak plate with mashed potatoes and cabernet demi-glace, and it is a reservation-recommended meal, so check my dining reservations guide if you want it.
Frontierland and New Orleans Square get some of the more interesting picks. Rancho del Zocalo serves pozole and fried wheat pinwheels, River Belle Terrace has a new Chocolate Mint Cake, and Harbour Galley sells fresh gingerbread cookies in packs of six or 13 with a royal icing dip.
Red Rose Taverne is the one I would make time for. The Christmas Stuff dessert returns alongside the French Toast Cold Brew, and Café Daisy in Toontown has a Peppermint S’mores Hot Chocolate that should be popular with kids.
Tomorrowland has a solid lineup too. Alien Pizza Planet has a Heatwave Pizza Slice and Spicy Blush Pasta, Galactic Grill brings back the Merry Cranberry Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and the churro cart near Buzz Lightyear adds a new Caramel-Peanut Butter Candy Loaded Dip.
Even Tiki Juice Bar joins in with a DOLE Whip cone topped with holiday sprinkles. It is a small change, but it is an easy, cheap way to feel festive while you wait for the holiday decor to light up.
Disney California Adventure Holiday Menu Beyond the Festival

Disney Festival of Holidays still anchors DCA with marketplace booths along the Performance Corridor and the Sip and Savor Pass. What this new guide adds is everything else in the park, and some of the best food at Disney California Adventure this season is not at the booths at all.
Studio Catering Co. has the new Holiday Leftover Burrito with turkey, stuffing, sweet potato bites and cranberry sauce, plus new Southern Holiday Brisket Tacos. Pym Test Kitchen adds a French Dip Grilled Cheese with prime rib and onion mayo, which might be my top savory pick of the season.
Cars Land keeps the fan favorites. Jerry’s Junk Truck Cone, chopped fried chicken, garlic mashed potatoes, chicken gravy and cheese in a cone, returns at Cozy Cone Motel 3, and Cozy Cone 2 has a Cars-mas Tree peppermint soft serve cone.
Hollywood Land brings back the “Don’t Forget the Milk & Cookies” Fried Cookies at Award Wieners, and Schmoozies has the Mickey Elf Shake plus new Pumpkin Spice Mickey-shaped Waffles. Over in San Fransokyo Square, Aunt Cass Café serves chicken pot pie in a bread bowl and festive sourdough shapes from Boudin.
Adults have plenty of new drinks to choose from at Cocina Cucamonga, Lucky Fortune Cookery and Lamplight Lounge. If drinks are a big part of your DCA day, my guide to the strongest drinks at DCA pairs well with this list.
The World of Color Dessert Party also updates its menu starting Nov. 13 for the World of Color Season of Light run. It includes reserved viewing, a charcuterie spread, holiday sweets and one alcoholic drink for guests 21 and older.
Hotel and Downtown Disney Holiday Treats
The hotels are where you find the quieter, more grown-up options. The Grand Californian Great Hall cart has a Jumbo Santa Cake Pop, a Pecan Caramel Crunch Cookie and house-made hot apple cider, while the Disneyland Hotel’s Trader Sam’s adds holiday cocktails and DOLE Whip served in a Haunted Mansion Holiday cup (limit two per person, while supplies last).
Character dining has its own holiday menus. Goofy’s Kitchen Celebrates the Holidays runs Nov. 16 through Jan. 3, and Storytellers Cafe hosts Daisy’s Holiday Pajama Party and Mickey’s Christmas Carol Feast (both Nov. 16 through Jan. 3), which I covered when holiday dining reservations opened.
Pixar Place Hotel’s Great Maple serves a three-course Thanksgiving prix fixe on Nov. 26 only. Gordon Ramsay at The Carnaby in Downtown Disney offers a Roasted Turkey Roulade add-on, also on Nov. 26 only.
Downtown Disney has the most new items overall. Big Boi Lumpia Co. has a Gingerbread Cookie Lumpia (through Dec. 31), Jazz Kitchen adds Eggnog Bread Pudding and Pumpkin French Toast (Sunday brunch, Nov. 15 through Jan. 3), and Paseo serves a Cornish game hen holiday special on Dec. 24 and 25 only.
Two Downtown Disney treats start early, on Nov. 6: Salt & Straw’s Almond Brittle Cake ice cream and Kayla’s Cake’s Snowman Macaron, both through Dec. 31. Downtown Disney does not need a park ticket, which makes it the cheapest way to sample the season if you are a local.
Holiday Popcorn Buckets, Sippers and Candy
The guide confirms a big novelty lineup starting Nov. 13, including a Holiday Train Bucket, a Toy Story Gingerbread House Bucket, a Stitch Christmas Tree Sipper and a Holiday Ornament Glow Cube. There is also a new Holiday Popcorn Bucket at most popcorn carts in both parks (limit 10 per person, per transaction), plus holiday tumblers and straw clips. Most seasonal novelty releases are only listed for Nov. 13 through Nov. 15, and most are limited to two per person, per transaction, so expect lines on opening weekend.
Candy Palace and the other sweet shops get new Mickey Ornament Caramel Apples, Mickey Snowglobe Marshmallow Pops and Minnie Present Vanilla Cake Pops from Nov. 12 through Jan. 2. They would fit right in on my list of the best Disneyland desserts. If you want the hand-pulled candy canes, those are a separate thing with their own 2026 candy cane schedule.
My Take on Planning Around the Holiday Menus

If you only have one day, I would focus on two or three marquee items per park rather than chasing the whole list. My picks would be the Holiday Leftover Burrito, the French Dip Grilled Cheese, Jerry’s Junk Truck Cone and a gingerbread item on Main Street.
Use mobile order wherever the guide says it is available, especially at Jolly Holiday, Gibson Girl and Red Rose Taverne. Holiday crowds make walk-up lines brutal by midafternoon, and my best food at Disneyland guide has more tips on timing snacks around the busiest hours.
Disney did not list prices in the guide. As of Nov. 4, 2026, check the menus in the Disneyland app for current prices before you go.
