Updated April 2026 — Complete guide to Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite 2026, including confirmed dates, ticket prices, entertainment lineup, food, and tips for making the most of your evening.
Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite returns for its fourth year in 2026, bringing together the LGBTQIA+ community and allies for two after-hours evenings at Disneyland Park filled with rainbow projections, exclusive entertainment, rare character appearances, and the unmistakable energy of one of the most joyful events on the Disneyland calendar. This guide covers everything confirmed for 2026.
2026 Pride Nite Dates
Disneyland After Dark: Pride Nite takes place on two nights in June 2026:
- Tuesday, June 16, 2026
- Thursday, June 18, 2026
Both nights feature identical entertainment and experiences. The event runs from 9pm to 1am, with early park access beginning at 6pm for ticket holders — giving you three additional hours in the park before the official party begins. No separate park reservation is required; your event ticket serves as your park entry from 6pm onward.
Ticket Prices & How to Buy
General admission: $169 per guest (ages 3 and up)
Tickets are available exclusively online through Disneyland’s official Pride Nite page. They are not sold at the gate on the day of the event. The number of tickets available for each night is limited.
Magic Key presale: Magic Key Annual Passholders received early access to purchase tickets on April 7-8, 2026 before general public sales opened.
General public sale: Tickets went on sale to the general public on April 9, 2026. If tickets remain available closer to the event dates, they can still be purchased through Disneyland.com. Check availability directly — Pride Nite has sold out in previous years, sometimes weeks in advance.
Important ticket details:
- Tickets are valid only for the specific event date purchased
- Tickets are nonrefundable and may not be resold or transferred for commercial purposes
- Parking fees are not included
- Lightning Lane Multi Pass is not available during the event
- Guests ages 2 and under do not require a ticket
- Limit of 8 tickets per person per event date
What Happens at Pride Nite — 2026 Entertainment
Pride Nite Fireworks — WELCOME!
The centerpiece of the evening is an exclusive fireworks spectacular dedicated specifically to Pride Nite — not the same show that runs during regular Holiday Time or summer. The show is inspired by Walt Disney’s original park dedication: “To all who come to this happy place, welcome.” Pyrotechnics, music, and lights come together over Sleeping Beauty Castle in a celebration of belonging and joy. This show runs exclusively for Pride Nite ticket holders and is one of the most distinctive fireworks experiences at the resort.
Welcome Pride Cavalcade
Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse, Clarabelle, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy dressed in special Pride-themed attire ride down the full Main Street USA parade route, accompanied by dancers and confetti. Based on 2025’s schedule, the cavalcade runs at approximately 9:05pm and 11:30pm — giving guests two opportunities to see it. The confetti on Main Street is a genuine highlight.
Be You With Pride: A Musical Celebration
A live performance of beloved Disney songs staged near “it’s a small world” celebrating individuality and self-expression. This is a seated/standing performance area that fills up — arrive early for the best viewing position.
Pride Nite Dance Party — Rivers of America
A high-energy dance party on the banks of the Rivers of America featuring popular dance club tracks. One of the most festive and crowded spots of the entire evening — the atmosphere here is electric, especially as midnight approaches.
‘Ohana Dance Party — Tomorrowland Terrace
Stitch and Angel host a family-friendly dance party at Tomorrowland Terrace celebrating the spirit of ‘ohana — family in all its forms. A more accessible energy level than the Rivers of America party, making it a great option for guests with younger children or those who want a slightly calmer celebration.
Country Line Dancing — The Golden Horseshoe
Line dancing with a community spirit and western flair at Frontierland’s Golden Horseshoe. A fun, unexpected, and genuinely joyful corner of the Pride Nite experience that many guests discover by wandering and end up loving.
Character Appearances
Pride Nite features some of the most diverse character lineups of any Disneyland event, with appearances spread across multiple lands throughout the evening. While the full 2026 character list hasn’t been confirmed at the time of writing, past Pride Nites have included a wide range of characters across Fantasyland, Main Street, and other areas. Check the Disneyland app on the evening of your event for confirmed character locations and times.
Photo Opportunities
Disney PhotoPass photographers are stationed throughout the park at Pride-themed backdrops with inspirational messages. Your event wristband includes a QR code that links to your PhotoPass photos — scan it into the Disneyland app and photos can be downloaded for 45 days at no additional charge. A genuinely valuable inclusion given how much effort guests put into their Pride Nite outfits.
Pride Nite Food & Drinks 2026
Pride Nite features event-exclusive food and beverage items available only on the two event nights. Confirmed for 2026:
- Rainbow cereal churro with rainbow dipping sauce — available at churro carts near Sleeping Beauty Castle, near Buzz Lightyear Astro Blasters, and near Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. The most Instagram-worthy food item of the evening.
- Santa Maria-style tri-tip sandwich (New for 2026) — at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree
- Jackfruit and mushroom loaded fries (plant-based) — at Hungry Bear Barbecue Jamboree
- Gluten-friendly chocolate chip cookie ice cream sandwich with non-dairy ice cream
- Pulled mushroom and jackfruit loaded fries — beer battered fries with chili lime aioli, coleslaw, and pickled jalapeños
Table service dining is also available during the event at select locations. Café Orleans has historically taken reservations for Pride Nite dining — book well in advance through the Disneyland app if you want a sit-down meal during the event. Blue Bayou, River Belle Terrace, and Carnation Café may also be open with special menus — check the Disneyland app for current reservations as the event approaches.
Event Merchandise
Pride Nite 2026 features exclusive merchandise with new designs including:
- Pride Nite hoodie
- Pride Nite tumbler
- Collectible trading pin
Event merchandise sells out quickly — particularly the hoodie. If exclusive merchandise is important to you, head to the merchandise location early in the evening before popular sizes and items sell out.
What to Wear to Pride Nite
Pride Nite is one of the most fashion-forward evenings at Disneyland. Guests go all out — rainbow outfits, themed DisneyBounds, creative interpretations of LGBTQIA+ pride symbolism, and custom Disney character-inspired looks are everywhere. It’s one of the rare Disneyland events where the crowd’s fashion is genuinely part of the entertainment.
Standard Disneyland dress code rules apply — no full costumes or face masks for guests 14 and older, no clothing that drags on the ground. DisneyBounding is welcome and very popular at this event. Creative, expressive, and rainbow-heavy outfits are entirely in the spirit of the evening.
The event runs until 1am and Anaheim evenings in June can get cool after midnight — bring a light jacket or layer.
Tips for Getting the Most Out of Pride Nite
Buy tickets as soon as they go on sale. Pride Nite has sold out in previous years. The two-night format means fewer total tickets available than events with more dates. Don’t assume tickets will be available closer to June — check availability immediately and purchase when you can.
Arrive at 6pm for mix-in. Your ticket grants Disneyland Park access from 6pm, three hours before the official party begins. Use this time to ride popular attractions with regular park crowds before the event-only access period begins at 9pm. Ride wait times during mix-in are the same as the end of a normal park day — not as short as the dedicated event hours but much better than peak afternoon.
After 9pm, ride wait times drop significantly. With a capped attendance and guests focused on entertainment rather than rides, major attractions often run 10-20 minute waits during the event hours. Indiana Jones Adventure, Haunted Mansion, Space Mountain, and Pirates of the Caribbean are all typically very accessible during Pride Nite.
Get the rainbow churro early. It’s the most popular food item of the night and the churro carts can develop lines as the evening progresses. Grab one in the first hour of the party.
The Rivers of America dance party peaks late. The energy at the riverside dance party builds through the night and is at its most electric in the final hours before 1am. Plan your evening to finish there if you enjoy dancing.
Scan your wristband QR code into the Disneyland app early. Linking your wristband to your Disney account at the start of the evening means your PhotoPass photos are automatically attached. Don’t wait until the end of the night to do this.
The cavalcade runs twice. If you miss the first Welcome Pride Cavalcade at approximately 9pm, there’s typically a second run around 11:30pm. You don’t need to camp Main Street for the first one.
